Thinking About Your Drinking

So I know the strength of my drink - What now?

Now you can work out how much you drink in a week. It's this figure that provides the information you need to understand your own drinking pattern.

On the next page you'll find a drink "diary" - a daily record to fill in over the next week. Some of us don't have "normal" weeks of drinking in which case you might like to do the diary for a period of several weeks before you decide what your pattern really is

Do I need to be honest about this?

Of course not! - unless you want to know the truth about your personal drinking pattern.
