Data & professional standards

Accurate and meaningful statistics are important in order that our work can be evaluated.

Compliance & reporting

SAdAS understands the need for accurate and meaningful statistics to allow work to be evaluated and we are fully compliant with HALO as reporting tool. We of course also submit anonymous data to NDTMS. We employ a Performance Manager who sits on the Senior Management Team and we report on a quarterly basis on all our projects to our funders.

Qualitative data

Additionally we also like to provide qualitative data and hope that this will become more important in the future - this includes client feedback which is managed by our service user group rather than by staff.

Outcome measures

We also complete outcome measures wherever possible and practical. We tend to use the spider at present but are open to new instruments as they are developed. We use our in house, service user developed questionnaires on a regular basis.
