How Can We Help?
We can help people with their general day to day practical requirements. Omni Outreach can act as a spokesperson, by putting across someone’s needs, assisting in such areas as finding accommodation and thereby bringing some stability to their lives.
How Can You Be Referred?
A referral form is available by contacting Omni Outreach direct. Referrals are discussed within the team on a weekly basis.
- Generally people who are referred have:
- Severe and enduring mental health problems. The problems may put the individual at risk, and will generally be psychotic in nature.
- Severe drug/alcohol problems - people will generally be drug dependent, chaotic or polydrug users.
- Are at risk either to themselves or others.
