AES is a wholly owned subsidiary of Southern Addictions Advisory Service and all its profits go towards supporting the charitable aims of SAdAS.

Over the years we have seen the chaos that some drug use and drug users can leave behind in their tenancies and from this grew the business of AES. AES will commit to deep cleaning tenancies that have been left in a very poor state by previous or current residents whether they be drug and alcohol users or not. As such we remove faeces, sharps, dead animals and other non sanitary litter. In over 4 years of business we have not yet refused a job and have not yet been unable to work with the tenants of the premises whilst we clean. Being able to draw on staff experienced in working with difficult people has enabled us to be extremely effective at both one off and maintenance cleans for a wide variety of funders from Social Services Departments to mental health teams and particularly Police commissioners.

Our Business (and our charity) is run on a ‘can do’ attitude and we commit to doing all the necessary background work such as risk assessments and are fully Health and Safety compliant. Our staff are all CRB checked and our business holds all the necessary insurance and permits to undertake the work safely, swiftly and lawfully.

Although we are primarily a cleaning agency we also offer a number of bespoke services dependent on the needs of the client or commissioner. Some of these are listed below but if not then please ask as we usually are able to say ‘yes’.

AES business to date has included repatriation of individuals with mental health problems, treatment such as home detox, and continual drug and alcohol testing. We have also organised and facilitated placed detoxes and rehab placements. We have also undertaken a large number of crime scene cleans once the forensic work has been completed and a number of warehouse clearances after use by the homeless.
